Lucas Samaras (born 1936) is a fine artist and photographer from Greece. While well versed as in the mediums of painting, sculpture, and film, he received much acclaim for his work in manipulating Polaroid prints; these distorted and eerie “Photo-Transformations” are often self-portraits.
